Due to the untimely passing of wise old Grandpa Gekkie, you can no longer obtain Elder Scrolls from him. Instead, you can participate in the Apprentice Quest at the Power Temple in Xiang Chung-Shi. The cost of the items needed can range from inexpensive to very expensive. Bring back the items and the Apprentice will reward you with an Elder Scroll. You can visit the Apprentice once a day, and you can take as long as you like to complete his quest because there is no time limit. There are 7 scrolls to collect. Once you get them, you will put them on your bookshelf and read them.

Once you've started the apprentice quest, you will need to collect the items that Gekkie asks of you, once you do you will right away recieve a random elder scroll.

What do you do with elder scrolls?

You can use them for Elite, there are 7 of them collect them all then you have acomplished 1 achievement for Eliteness.
