To achieve this conquest you need to purchase a 10 million PB bond at NBIC. Once you have purchased this bond you will earn this conquest. First you must go to NBIC and make sure you have a minimum of 10 million Powerbucks on hand. Then you click the 'Purchase Bonds' tab. Click 'bond amount' and then click the 10,000,000 bond. It's up to you to decide how long the bond term is. Lastly, you click purchase bond, and the conquest is yours!
