What is Springfield?

Like planting flowers? Like getting awesome items? Like earning points and getting cool trophies? Well have we got the game for you!

New in the year 2011, the wonderful staff of Powerpets introduced a game in May known only as Springfield.

In this game, Desi: Everyone's favorite Swap Bark piggy, opened up her barn for a lovely game of planting, harvesting, and finding awesome items.

The idea for this game is to 'plant' an item is Desi's field that costs somewhere between 20,000 Powerbucks, and 500,000 Powerbucks. Once you've done that, you got the opportunity to 'pick' one of the existing flowers and gain whatever item was at the end of it's roots.

This became an exciting game of chance... You plant a flower and you pick one that is possibly worth more than the item you initially planted. But be warned! It could also be worth less...

But wait! There's more! For every flower you plant, you gain 3 points per 10,000 of worth of the item you received, and for every flower you pick, you gain 1 point per 10,000 Powerbucks of worth, toward the end competition for the lovely Springfield trophies and bragging rights on Powerpets!

So! Come join us in the month of May to play this superb game of gardening and chance. Hopefully this game continues for years to come.

Every day during the month of May, you can visit Desi in Springfield, planting and picking a flower once every hour.
Any items with an average resale value between 20,000 and 500,000 Powerbucks are able to be planted, and once you've planted a flower you are free to pick one, collecting the item attached to the roots.
 

The higher the resale value of the item you plant, the more points you gain, at 3 points for every 10,000 Powerbucks. You also gain 1 point for every 10,000 PBs the item you pick up is worth. At the end of the month, players in the top 50 also get a trophy added to their profile.
