The Most Caring People contest is a contest on PowerPets. The results update is posted on the 15th of every month in the site updates. This special award goes to the users who get the most care points each month. You can get care points by handing out treats and toys to other pets. If you win this, you will get a trophy on your profile. You can see the trophy by clicking on your username, then clicking "Achievements."
