To complete this conquest, you will need to obtain a Halloween fur tonic. You can buy one in swaps or auctions from another player or from Nothing Rare Here or the Power Credits store. Once you have the fur tonic in your backpack, go to the grooming parlor in Xiang Chung-Shi. Click the arrow until you reach the Halloween fur tonic and click Activate! Wahlah! Conquest conquered!
